Shipping and Returns

Items will be shipped via USPS which usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver
Each item will be shipped in a Nuory custom box, suede pouch and a handwritten note

Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges
We provide warranty up to 30 days for any defective items, please contact hellonuory@gmail.com
Each item must be returned in unworn, original condition, and packaging
Damaged or scratched products cannot be accepted
Returns will be processed within 7 days of delivery
Refund will be credited to the same account used to pay for the order

When will you ship my order?
We take 1 day to prepare your order and typically ship within 1-3 business days. For any specific changes, please contact us before placing the order.
I did not receive my order after you shipped
If your order has been shipped but you did not receive it, please contact us. We are here to help find the package
Can I cancel the order once it is shipped?
